Welcome to Positivity is Pretty. I am so glad you’re here. I started this blog six years ago during college as a space to share life, growth, and highlight the positives even when things weren’t always easy.
Lately, I have been thinking a lot about what this blog means to me and what I want it’s purpose to be. If you’re like me, you’re balancing work, relationships, responsibilities, goals, and the everyday ups and downs that come with simply being human. Life can feel messy, overwhelming, and unpredictable. This is exactly why positivity matters to me more than ever.
To me, positivity isn’t fake happiness or pretending everything is perfect. It’s a practice. It’s choosing to notice the good, even on hard days. It’s practicing gratitude intentionally. It’s taking small steps forward when big changes feel impossible. It’s learning to pause, breathe, and recognize how far we’ve come.
Positivity is Pretty has grown with me. While you’ll still find pieces of college life and my other popular content here, my hope is to use this space to write more about what is going on in my life currently including:
-Practicing positivity
-Moving into an apartment with your boyfriend for the first time
-Making new friends in your 20s
-Finding a work-life balance
-Teaching lifestyle
-Intentional living
-Healthy habits
-Finding new workout classes and learning to enjoy movement again
I hope Positivity is Pretty can be a space for you to notice the good, take small steps forward, and find a little balance even through the messy parts of life.
