Let’s be real, sometimes it can be super hard to be positive and that’s okay. However, keeping a positive mindset can improve your life in so many ways. I know it sounds cheesy but positivity is truly the key to success.
If you are struggling to stay positive or just feel like you would like some tips on how to be extra positive, I’ve got you covered. Here are my top 10 ways that you can stay positive and live a happy, healthy and pretty life!
1. REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE UNIQUE!
Remember you are the only you and you are the one who decides your path- so why not make it positive and unique to you.
2. LISTEN TO POSITIVE MUSIC!
Upbeat and positive music always puts me in a better mood. It’s easy to go for the sad songs when you are feeling down but instead try to improve your mood with a happier tune.

Obviously, you need to breathe to live but it is especially good to focus on your breathing when you want to be positive as it helps to relax you and think about things in a more rational way.
5. TALK TO FAMILY!
Your family should always have your back and can help you remember your roots. Your family knows you best and can help give you advice to stay positive.
6. TALK TO FRIENDS!
Your friends should always have your back and can help you see the positive side of things!
7. LOOK AT THE GLASS HALF FULL!
I know life can sometimes feel like nothing is going your way but it is important to have a glass half full outlook because the glass being half empty is not going to help anyone.
There is usually always a positive side to every negative, try your best to find it and embrace it!
8. TAKE WALKS!
A walk is sometimes the best way to stay positive as it gives you a chance to focus on nature and the beauty of the world around you and helps to clear your mind.
Walks can remind you how lucky you are to be here and will give you a more positive outlook on life.
9. TECHNOLOGY CLEANSE!
I know this can be hard but sometimes you need to unplug and try to focus on the world around you instead of the world inside your screen.
I admit I need to work on this one more. It can be hard but sometimes we just need a break from the screen
10. YOU ARE IMPORTANT AND WERE PUT ON THIS EARTH FOR A REASON!
Right now try to come up with 3 positive words to describe yourself.
